Choose from a portfolio of properties arranged into category of price, location and size.

Register for accommodation

Once satisfactory references have been obtained, you will be able to register your interest in any of the properties available. There is no charge for registering.

Taking over a tenancy

You can arrange an appointment to view any property you are interested in.

After consent between all parties you will be given a comprehensive guide through your tenancy agreement which sets out what your rights are as a tenant and also what your obligations are.

You can then sign for the tenancy, pay your rent and deposit. ( rent payable monthly in advance)

If you conduct your tenancy satisfactorily you can obtain a reference from us which can assist you in pursuing alternative accommodation, a mortgage or a loan.
